The Reconnection Circle
 

A gentle and soft group space where you can slow down, feel held and reconnect with your body, emotions and pain.

It’s NOT a traditional group session with someone leading and others passively receiving. it’s a shared sanctuary where every participant is witnessed, supported and honored in their unique process.

A weekly Circle inviting you into simple, grounding practices like breathwork, somatic awareness, gentle movement and heartfelt sharing. Each month with a new theme. 

Nothing is forced and everything is optional. The intention is to create safety and belonging so you can explore what’s present for you.

In this safe and supportive environment. You are encouraged to show up exactly as you are, with your fears, your softness, your pain and strength.
All of you is welcome. You are not alone💚.

I am Katrine

I have lived most of my life in pain. Both emotional and physical pain.
For many years, I have had chronic pain in my chest, neck, right hand, hips and legs. I could't find any therapy or medical support that could help me reduce my pain. 
So I searched for explanations for my pain. It was when I found out about the body-mind connection that my life changed.

Through research, searching and finding somatic practices that worked for me, I found my own technique to heal chronic pain. 
My own pain healing journey made me passionate about the body and mind, which is why I started MANAKAYA BALANCE, meaning MindBody Balance. 

I help you heal your pain too. I'm constantly developing, learning and educating myself to help more people and to improve my skills.
