ABOUT ME
Hi! I’m Katrine.
I’ve spent a big part of my life living with chronic pain—in my wrist, hips, legs, and chest. I know how it can take over your daily life, cause chronic fatigue, and leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and your body.
My journey into holistic healing began when I struggled with severe tendonitis in my right wrist for over a year and a half. I had tried everything without relief, so I started exploring "alternative" approaches. That’s when I discovered the deep connection between the body and mind—and when my pain finally began to fade.
I realised my pain wasn’t just physical. It was rooted in years of self-suppression, not feeling 'good enough', unprocessed emotions, and trauma—like the fear of rejection. I had learned to ignore my own needs to fit in and please others. It was only when I started working with my body through holistic therapy and my own unique method that the pain truly began to release.
I know how it feels to be disconnected from yourself and your body due to chronic pain. I understand the grief, frustration, and hopelessness of wanting to return to your "old self." But I also know that it is possible to ease pain, tension, and discomfort—and that on the other side, there is freedom and joy.
I’m here to support you in breaking free from pain, understanding its root causes, and reconnecting with yourself—so you can feel safe and at home in your body again.

MY STORYÂ

For most of my life, I felt “wrong” and “not good enough.” I was constantly exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from myself and my needs. I tried to fit in and please others, but it came at a cost—stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, burnout, and eventually, chronic pain.
At 28, I was diagnosed with ADD after years of struggling to understand myself and wondering what was “wrong” with me. But true understanding only came when I started working with my body through body therapy. That’s when I began to truly know myself—and finally make sense of my pain.
Through my own healing journey, I trained as a Life Coach, body therapist, trauma therapist, and healer. I’ve created an approach that brings together everything that helped me release and reduce pain while reconnecting with myself and my body.
MY LIFESTYLE

I live as a digital nomad, traveling the world while supporting you online.
I have a deep love for adventure and an endless curiosity for new people, cultures, and languages.
On my travels, I seek out free-spirited communities and holistic spaces where I can explore body therapy, alternative healing, and different spiritual traditions. I use my knowledge and experience in my own practice, while enable me to help you better too.
Wherever I go, I also offer in-person sessions, and workshops etc.Â
I spend most of the year traveling but return to Denmark in the summer to host exciting events—so stay tuned!
This also means that my therapy sessions, workshops, and other offerings are mainly available online during the winter months and when I’m away from Denmark.
