but through small, consistent returns to your body, one week at the time.

& to be held in a supportive space with other women
who can feel, support and listen

Guided practices to regulate your nervous system and reconnecting with yourself. 

✨ Sharing Circles
A safe space to continue to be seen, heard, and held without needing to fix or perform - so you feel supported and less alone. 

✨ Membership platform 
Access to the live calls and to rewatch recorded sessions. 

✨ Community Group
A place to express yourself and get support when needed.
