You were never meant to carry everything alone

We live in a world that often teaches women to adapt.

Be strong.
Be independent.
Keep going.
Take care of everyone else.
Don't be too much.
Don't ask for too much.
Don't be too sensitive

So we learn to keep certain things to ourselves.

The relationship we're struggling with.
The decision we don't know how to make.
The grief we haven't processed.
The anger we're afraid to express.
The part of us that doesn't know what comes next.

And sometimes we start wondering:

“Is it just me?”

It's not.

There is something really powerful about being with other women and hearing:

“I've experienced that too.”

Not necessarily because someone has the answer for you. But because you no longer have to experience it alone.

A space to belong

I've spent much of my life feeling different.

Not quite fitting in.
Not quite knowing where I belonged.

And I know how easy it is to start believing that there's something wrong with you because you don't feel like you fit into the spaces around you.

But belonging isn't about becoming someone else so that you can fit in.

It's about finding spaces where you can show up as yourself.

That's what I want to create here.

A community where women can meet each other honestly, recognise themselves in one another, and remember:

There is nothing wrong with you for being human.

Why this space matters

Learning to speak what's on your heart and share what's real for you without being afraid how it comes across, because you know that you are surrounded by women who support and understands you - that's so healing right there.

I can almost guarantee you that you will benefit from:
- feeling heard and seen
- knowing that someone is listening who understands you and who most likely have tried something similiar
- Finding out that you are not alone

Because women have an increadible ability to have empathy for others

That’s when you feel seen and empowered

This is a space for real life.

The messy parts.
The uncertain parts.
The joyful parts.
The parts you don't have words for yet.

You don't need to have a crisis to participate. It's human wanting to be part of something

All of you is welcome. This space is for you.

A Safe Online Space

to be held by other women who embrace all that you are, feel and think

What happens in the circle?

We meet online every second week

  • We slow down together with a small practice
  • You share what's on your heart (if you want to)
  • We listen to each other

Example: One woman might share something she's going through.

Another woman might recognise herself in it and share her own experience.

A conversation unfolds.

If time and space allows, I suggest a body-based practice, meditation or exercise to help us explore or process what has come up.

And sometimes the most powerful thing is simply hearing:

“Me too.”

It’s simple.
And that’s what makes it powerful.

"Katrine has an amazing ability to hold space and with her intuitive way to connect, she finds the perfect way to support you. With her guidance I was able to connect to old wounds and key moments of my life. I discovered important new insights and found release, relief and clarity."

I was able to release grief stuck in my body and feel safe and supported in this circle of women, I feel so much more calm and at ease.

What you can expect

Every second Tuesday · 19:00 CEST

90-minute online women's circle

Each week is different.

There is no fixed topic or programme.

We allow the women who are present and what is alive for us that day to shape the conversation.

You can:

  • Share something you're going through
  • Listen to another woman's experience
  • Explore a question or challenge
  • Take part in a grounding or body-based practice
  • Reflect on something that has come up
  • Laugh, cry, feel angry, feel relieved and feel empowered
  • Simply sit and listen

You don't need to know anyone.
And you don't need to know what to say or be 'prepared'.

For a long time, I thought I had to carry everything myself.

I often felt different and struggled to feel like I truly belonged. I learned to adapt, to hold things in and to be careful about showing people what was really going on inside me.

More recently, I came out of a relationship that was not healthy for me.

It brought grief, anger, confusion and a feeling of having to start over.

But one of the things that helped me move through it was talking about it.

Not being given answers.

Not being told what to do.

Simply being able to share my experience with women who understood because they had lived through something similar themselves.

There was something incredibly empowering about realising:

I'm not the only one. And even if we realistically know that we're not, we can still feel alone

The more women I have spoken with, the more I have realised how many of us carry experiences we rarely talk about.

Relationship struggles.
Breakups.
Family difficulties.
Feeling lost.
Changing direction.
Grief.
Burnout.
The pressure to be strong.

We can feel alone even when we're surrounded by people.

And I don't believe we need to do everything alone.

That's why I created You Are Not Alone.

Not because I have all the answers.

And not because I want to fix you.

I'm here to hold and guide the space, while we together bring our experiences, perspectives, wisdom and support.

Because sometimes the most empowering thing we can hear is:

“I understand. I've been there too. You're not alone.”
