Hi! I’m Katrine.

I've always felt different and like an outsider. I was bullied for years as a child contributing to the feeling of not truly belonging and not feeling "good enough". 

So I did everything to try to 'fit in', follow the norm and be like everyone else hoping to get recognition, feel accepted and loved. The truth is that it didn't work, but only made me suffer from stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, emotional and physical pain. 

Without being able to find traditional modalities that suited my Neurodivergent mind and sensitivity, it was the body-mind connection that totally changed my life and helped me to start feeling safe being me again.  

Now I support and guide other sensitive souls to release their emotional and physical pain through a gentle holistic and somatic approach that makes them reconnect with themselves and their bodies to feel safe within while releasing their physical pain and emotional wounds.
